Ruffled Fun for Feet

This the cutest tutorial ever, for interchangeable shoe ruffles.  At A Lemon Squeezy Home, there is a tutorial to make cute little ruffles for a pair of shoes that stick on with Velcro and can be changed for different outfits and such.  Imagine, you would almost never need another pair of shoes.  I thought it might be cute if you used the same technique on a purse to coordinate.  Of course that might be going a little overboard.
